How to Dose Ephedra?


1st Week: Your best dosage depends on what your goals and personal wants are. But, experts agree that you should always start taking it in small amounts, preferably no more than 8 mg 3 times a day, 30-45 minutes before a meal or training during your first 2 weeks. Whether you’re piling or stacking these 2 ingredients collectively or running ephedra alone, it is best to stay at the highest dosage level for at least 2 to 3 weeks. Then, take a break from ephedra for approximately 3 to 4 weeks. Doing so permits your body to retune itself and the ephedra dosages willcontinue working properly after you’ve started running it again.
